Zia Lucia

Zia Lucia ("Auntie Lucia", after co-founder Gianluca's aunt in Rome) is a much-loved London neighbourhood pizzeria group founded by Italian friends Claudio and Gianluca. Its signature is four 48-hour slow-fermented doughs — traditional, wholemeal, gluten-free and vegetable-charcoal black — baked in big hand-built ovens in open kitchens, alongside burrata, Italian wines, craft beer, cocktails and homemade desserts. Voted Time Out Best Local Restaurant (Islington and Hammersmith), Metro's Best Pizza in London, UK National Pizza Award winner and ranked in 50 Top Pizza's best pizzerias in the world (30th in 2025). Nine sites: Islington (with sister pasta brand Berto), Hammersmith, Wandsworth, West Hampstead, Chelsea, Aldgate East, Canary Wharf, Wembley Boxpark and Reading.
