Amarone Edinburgh is an Amarone modern Italian restaurant: pizza from an open pizza oven, fresh pasta, bistecca and Italian classics with a cocktail bar, brunch, lunch and pre-theatre menus, and Restaurant Rewards. Built around a spectacular dome with jewel ceiling lights on St Andrew Square, the long bar becoming an open pizza kitchen. Open Mon–Thu 11.30am–10pm, Fri–Sat 11.30am–10.15pm, Sun 11.30am–10pm.
