Bedales of Borough, the flagship Borough Market wine bar, shop and kitchen since 2001, in a former potato storehouse with three floors of wine, a private cellar, open kitchen, BOB's Lobster and a balcony over the market: a curated wine list across the classic regions and new-world finds, food to share, tastings and a bottle shop. Open Mon–Tue 12pm–11pm, Wed–Fri 12pm–11.30pm, Sat 11am–11.30pm, Sun 12pm–7pm.
