GAIA Mayfair on Dover Street is the London site of the Greek-Mediterranean restaurant group founded by chef Izu Ani, and its only UK restaurant. The menu is curated by Izu Ani and chef Orestis, built on traditional Greek-Mediterranean flavours, fresh ingredients and the simplicity of home cooking, with plates served in layers.
