Hispania London, 72-74 Lombard Street: Europe's largest restaurant devoted to Spanish gastronomy, 9,000 sq ft over two floors of the historic Lloyds Bank building opposite Bank station. Main dining room, sherry bar, Spanish shop and library — each adaptable for private events — with tapas and signature dishes under the direction of Michelin-starred chef Marcos Morán and interiors by Lorenzo Castillo. Restaurant open Mon–Fri 12–10pm; bar Mon–Fri 12pm to close.
