KOL cooks Mexican food from British ingredients in Marylebone - Mexican soul, British produce. Alongside the main dining room there are two further spaces: a Chef's Table inspired by a traditional Oaxacan home, which overlooks a private kitchen with its own team of chefs and seats up to 20 guests on five- and eight-course menus with wine pairings chosen with the head sommelier; and an adjoining agave-led Mezcaleria bar, with a drinks list built around Mexican spirits and British botanicals served alongside antojitos such as short rib empanadas and seasonal ceviches. The two can be combined for up to 50 guests.
