Parker's Tavern is the all-day British brasserie and bar of the University Arms hotel on Regent Street, Cambridge, led by chef Tristan Welch: breakfast from 6.30am on weekdays, lunch, Sunday roasts, afternoon tea daily 12.30–5pm and dinner until 9.30pm (10pm Saturday), with a cocktail bar open until 1am on Friday and Saturday, live jazz every Friday night and private hire for celebrations.
