Sole & Duck

Sole & Duck is a family-run restaurant in the Grade II listed former Coach and Horses inn on Trumpington High Street, south of Cambridge. Reopened in 2021 after a full redevelopment, it serves modern British cooking with Asian touches — garlic-butter king prawns, scallops, glazed duck breast, Black Angus ribeye, steamed mussels and a Basque cheesecake — using produce from biodiverse British farms. Private dining available Mon–Tue when the restaurant is otherwise closed. Hours: Wed–Sat 12–3:30pm & 5:30–10:30pm, Sun 12–8pm.
