The namesake of Cubitt House: a handsome Georgian institution on Elizabeth Street, a short walk from Victoria, honouring the master builder who developed Belgravia. A ground-floor pub with a fine bar and crafted drinks list, a light-filled first-floor restaurant of seasonal British classics - grilled steaks, fish and chips and a special Sunday lunch - and a collection of Georgian rooms on the first and second floors for private gatherings large and small.
