1996 Group is a young Central London hospitality group founded by Florence Mae Maglanoc, behind Donia — the UK's first Filipino restaurant to win a Michelin Bib Gourmand — and Panadera, the Filipino bakery in Soho and Marylebone, with Toasteé, a French toast and ube dessert bar at Westfield White City, opening in September 2026. It recruits across all brands through its Talent Funnel careers site.

Donia is 1996 Group's modern Filipino restaurant on the top floor of Kingly Court, Carnaby, reimagining Filipino flavours through the lens of the diaspora with seasonal, technique-led menus. It won a Michelin Bib Gourmand in its first year (retained 2026), was named Jimi Famurewa's best new restaurant of 2024, and has featured in the Evening Standard, FT, Vogue and GQ. Bookings via OpenTable (max 8), private hire available.

Panadera is 1996 Group's Filipino bakery with shops in Marylebone (Picton Place) and Soho (Hopkins Street), putting a modern spin on classic Filipino baked goods — pandesal, Spanish bread, the Longanisa sausage roll and sandos widely rated among London's best — with ube, matcha and pandan drinks and Catalyst-roasted coffee. Featured in Time Out, Vogue, The Infatuation and GQ.
Toasteé is 1996 Group's third concept: an all-day dessert parlour billed as London's first speciality French toast and ube bar, co-created by founder Florence Mae Maglanoc and chef Adrian Kyle Felipe, opening at Westfield London, White City in September 2026 with three signature French toasts, ube drinks and speciality coffee. Recruiting managers, supervisors and front of house ahead of launch.
