51 Italian — formerly Trattoria 51 — is an independent Puglian-inspired Italian restaurant that opened on Old Hall Street in Liverpool's business district in 2013. Set over two floors of a grand Victorian building, it serves handmade pasta, stone-baked pizzas, hearty meat and seafood classics and an extensive wine list, and was the first UK restaurant to partner with DS-gluten free on a full gluten-free pizza and pasta menu.
