Bertha's Pizza

Bertha's Pizza is a family-run Bristol pizzeria at Wapping Wharf, serving long-ferment Neapolitan sourdough pizza baked at 500 degrees in a hand-built oven, with homemade gelato and tiramisu. It began with a wood-fired oven called Bertha in a London back garden, toured Bristol's markets from a yellow Land Rover, and opened at Wapping Wharf in summer 2016. Frozen pizzas, takeaway and exclusive hire are also offered.
