Bread & Truffle (bread&truffle.) is a London gourmet focaccia sandwich brand from Italian Gourmet Co: authentic focaccia made from scratch every morning with Italian flours and a 16-hour fermentation — soft inside, crunchy outside — filled to order with Italian ingredients such as mortadella and pistachio pesto, speck and brie, 'nduja and ricotta, porchetta and truffle creams, plus posh fries and salads. It began under the railway arches by London Fields and now has eight sites across London — Monument, Bow Lane, Adams Court, Canary Wharf, St Pancras International, Victoria and Old Spitalfields Market — alongside office catering platters and wholesale.
