Bricco e Bacco is a Sicilian steakhouse on Charlotte Street in Fitzrovia. The family behind it comes from Monreale, near Palermo, bringing a tradition of butchery, Sicilian cooking and Italian hospitality to London. The kitchen pairs handmade pasta, Sicilian dishes and Italian classics with more than ten cuts of premium dry-aged beef from around the world - British Shorthorn, Italian Marango, Spanish Rubia Gallega, British, Spanish and Japanese Wagyu - served rare on a sizzling Himalayan salt stone so guests sear each slice at the table. The wine cellar concentrates on Sicilian labels alongside rare vintages, and the site spreads across a street-level main restaurant seating 50, a 16-seat Sicilian Room, a private party room for 40 seated or 50 standing, and a lower-level lounge bar with access to the cellar. Menus run to a la carte, an express set lunch for local professionals and pre-theatre guests, and group menus for corporate dinners and celebrations.
