Chaophraya (pronounced chow-pry-a, named after the river that is the lifeblood of Thailand) is Thai Leisure Group's glamorous Thai fine-dining brand. Founded in Leeds in 2004, it now has six restaurants — Leeds, Birmingham, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen — in striking heritage and rooftop settings, serving refined Thai cuisine built on Khun Kim's original recipes, with private dining, cocktail bars and Thai cookery experiences.
