Chotto Matte

Chotto Matte introduced London to Nikkei cuisine in 2013 — the Japanese-Peruvian cooking born of Japanese migration to Peru — and now runs three UK restaurants and cocktail bars: the original on Frith Street in Soho, a second London site on Paddington Street in Marylebone, and Manchester's St Michael's, home to Claude's Skyview Bar. Expect robata grills, sushi and sashimi, ceviche and tiradito alongside pisco-led cocktails, street art and DJs in high-energy rooms that run late into the night.
