Chotto Matte Soho

The original Chotto Matte, on Frith Street since 2013 and the restaurant that introduced London to Nikkei cooking: robata-grilled meat and fish, sushi and sashimi, ceviche and tiradito, served under street-art murals with pisco cocktails and DJs. Open Mon–Sat 12pm–1.30am, Sun 12pm–midnight.
