Ciccaro

Ciccaro is San Carlo's newest concept, an intimate old-world Italian restaurant at 215 Piccadilly just off Regent Street and beside the Criterion and Piccadilly theatres, formerly trading as Cicchetti Piccadilly. Inspired by the Venetian tradition of eating well together, it serves cicchetti-style sharing plates, handmade pasta and fresh seafood with handpicked Italian wines, classic cocktails and aperitivi, and is popular for pre-theatre dining.

Cicchetti

Cicchetti by San Carlo brings the Venetian tradition of sharing plates to Covent Garden, Piccadilly and Manchester's House of Fraser. Pale Italian marble interiors frame a menu of smaller dishes made for sharing: handmade pasta, fresh seafood, artisanal pizzas and antipasti, served from lunch and pre-theatre through to evening dining and cocktails.

Flying Pizza

Flying Pizza has been part of the Roundhay dining scene in Leeds since 1974 and part of the San Carlo family since 2010. Refurbished with views into the open kitchen and an outdoor terrace with a retractable roof among illuminated olive trees, it serves handmade pasta, fresh seafood, artisan pizza and premium cuts including its shellfish royale sharer and tomahawk steak for two, with an expert-selected Italian wine list.

Fumo

Fumo is San Carlo's contemporary Italian restaurant and cocktail bar concept, with sites in Birmingham (Waterloo Street and Selfridges), Covent Garden and Manchester's St Peter's Square. Menus are built around medium-sized Italian plates for sharing, from fresh seafood and handmade pasta to premium meats, served alongside cocktails, fine wines and aperitivi from marble bars; in the evenings the venues turn into late-night dining and cocktail destinations with resident DJs.

Isola

Isola by San Carlo is inspired by the Mediterranean islands, Sicily and the Italian Riviera: traditional ceramics, lush greenery and warm tones frame a menu of fresh seafood, handmade pasta and dishes such as Mediterranean cod and Sicilian prawns, with al fresco terraces for leisurely lunches, cocktails and evening dining. Its UK restaurant is at St Christopher's Place, Marylebone, with Isola by Signor Sassi in Bangkok.

Signor Sassi

Signor Sassi is the San Carlo group's celebrated Knightsbridge Green restaurant, a Harrods-side institution for decades that has welcomed royalty, actors, musicians and business leaders. The kitchen serves classic Italian cooking of refined simplicity, from handmade pasta and fresh seafood to indulgent signature dishes, backed by a premium Italian wine list, Champagne and cocktails, with private dining rooms; the brand now also operates internationally in Bahrain, Doha, Dubai, Riyadh, Sardinia and Florida.
