Cloth is a small independent London restaurant group from Joe Haynes, Tom Hurst and Ben Butterworth. Cloth Fair — a wine bar and modern British restaurant in a historic building on Cloth Fair, Smithfield — earned rave reviews from The Times, The Guardian and the FT; Cloth Cornhill, a pub and chophouse reviving the historic Simpson's Tavern in the City, opens 1 October 2026.
