Cloth Fair is Cloth's original wine bar and restaurant at 44 Cloth Fair, in a historic building beside St Bartholomew-the-Great in Smithfield, Farringdon. Elegant modern British cooking, a rustic art-laden dining room and a wine list of independent European producers, praised by Giles Coren, Grace Dent and Tim Hayward; private hire available. Open Mon–Fri 12pm–11pm (kitchen closed 2.45–6pm, wine and snacks served; last food orders 9.45pm); closed Sat and Sun.
