COYA

COYA serves Peruvian cuisine with Latin American and Asian influences, opened in Mayfair in 2012 and now running restaurants in London, Abu Dhabi, Barcelona, Bodrum, Dubai, Ibiza, Marbella, Monte Carlo, Muscat, Riyadh and Doha. There are two UK sites, both in London: the original in Mayfair and a second in the City. Each pairs the restaurant with its own Pisco Bar, plus COYA Music, an in-house arts programme and the Mama Quilla late-night series. The group describes itself as a family of fun, passionate individuals and says it supports staff through their journey by nurturing, mentoring and developing them, asking for passion and the right attitude and providing the rest.
