The original COYA, open on Piccadilly since 2012, serving Peruvian cuisine with Latin American and Asian influences in a room built around ceviche, anticuchos and the josper grill. Downstairs the Pisco Bar pours pisco and Peruvian-inspired cocktails, and the site runs COYA Music, an arts programme and the Mama Quilla late-night series alongside the restaurant.
Lunch: Monday to Friday 12:00-14:30. Saturday brunch 12:00-16:00. Sunday 12:30-15:00.
Dinner: Monday to Thursday 18:00-22:30, Friday and Saturday 18:00-23:00, Sunday 18:00-22:00.
Pisco Bar: Monday to Friday 12:00-01:00, Saturday 18:00-01:00, Sunday 12:30-00:00.
