Elsa

Elsa is a seasonal bistro and wine house on Charlotte Street in Fitzrovia, inspired by the cultural fusion of the Alsace region. The kitchen builds its menu around the natural cycle of the seasons, combining Alsatian influences with locally sourced ingredients and traditional methods, and pairs dishes with wine. The site previously traded as July, and the food hygiene registration for the premises is still held in that name.
