Elsa is a seasonal bistro and wine house on Charlotte Street in Fitzrovia, inspired by the cultural fusion of the Alsace region. The menu is built around fresh, high-quality produce following the cycle of the seasons, combining Alsatian influences with locally sourced ingredients and traditional methods, and the kitchen is built around pairing food with wine. Lunch: Wednesday to Saturday 12:00-14:30. Dinner: Tuesday to Saturday 17:30-23:00, with the kitchen closing at 21:15. The site previously traded as July.
