Fabrique

Fabrique is the artisanal stone-oven bakery founded by David and Charlotta Zetterström in Stockholm in 2008, Purveyor to the Royal Court of Sweden since 2024, with bakeries in Sweden, New York and six across London — Covent Garden, Hoxton, Fitzrovia, Holborn, Portobello and Chelsea — serving Swedish sourdough, cardamom buns, pastries and fika from early morning to late afternoon.
