Fabrique Hoxton

Fabrique Hoxton is a Fabrique artisanal Swedish stone-oven bakery — sourdough loaves, cardamom and cinnamon buns, pastries and fika coffee made with traditional methods and natural ingredients — serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon coffee with next-day pre-orders via Slerp. The original London bakery in a railway arch by Hoxton station, also the production bakery. Open Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00, Sat–Sun 09:00–18:00.
