José Pizarro is the restaurant group of the Extremadura-born chef who has been at the heart of Bermondsey Street for 15 years: José Tapas Bar (2011, Bib Gourmand, no bookings), Pizarro Restaurant, and all-day Lolo by José Pizarro, plus The Swan Inn — his first gastropub with boutique rooms in Claygate, Esher — and Keeper's House at the Royal Academy of Arts.
