LDN Bar (The London Bar Consultants)

The London Bar Consultants, known as LDN Bar, is a City of London hospitality consultancy founded in 2012 by Lewis Hayes, offering turnkey team training, brand work and food and beverage venue launches around the world, from billion-dollar hotels in India, Africa and Europe to Dubai nightclubs, London private members' bars and events at the Monaco Grand Prix. It owns and runs two award-winning bars of its own: Merchant House of Bow Lane, with one of the world's largest spirit collections and a cocktail menu awarded Best Cocktail Menu UK, and Black Parrot, a cocktail bar and rum library off Fleet Street. The group also runs the Liberated Liquid online tasting platform and a YouTube training channel, and puts every new starter through in-house training before they look after guests.
