Black Parrot is a cocktail bar and rum library in Bride Court, just off Fleet Street: classic cocktails, Caribbean rum creations and over 700 rums — the UK's largest collection — with tastings, masterclasses and private hire for up to 60. Open Mon–Wed 5pm–midnight, Thu–Fri 3pm–midnight, Sat 3–11pm; closed Sunday.
