Noble Rot

Noble Rot began life in 2013 as a magazine about wine, food and popular culture, founded by Dan Keeling and Mark Andrew, and now runs three London restaurants alongside it. Its wine lists have been voted Wine List of the Year at the National Restaurant Awards four times, and at the World Restaurant Awards in 2019. Executive chef Stephen Harris of The Sportsman oversees the cooking across all three sites. The group hires on a permanent, full-time basis, runs its own training programme and has a strong culture of promoting from within, with almost all senior positions filled by people who started in junior roles.
