Pasta Evangelists
Pasta Evangelists is the UK's largest fresh pasta brand, founded in London in 2016 by Alessandro Savelli with Chris Rennoldson and Finn Lagun, backed on BBC's Dragons' Den and majority-owned by Barilla since 2021. From its Park Royal pastificio it makes fresh pasta by hand every day for a nationwide subscription and gift business, a rapid-delivery network of more than 30 kitchens across England, Wales and Scotland, and a growing estate of dine-in restaurants — the original in the Harrods Dining Hall, plus Chiswick, Richmond, Greenwich, Farringdon, New Oxford Street, Queensway, Fulham Road, Guildford and Winchester — with counters inside partner pubs and hotels in Bristol, Oxford, Sale and York. It also runs the Pasta Academy masterclasses, private events and corporate catering, and is expanding through franchising. Recruits chefs, pastai, front-of-house and delivery-kitchen teams via Harri.
