Rabbit British Bistro is the Gladwin brothers' intimate farm-to-fork restaurant on Chelsea's King's Road, part of Local & Wild, a Certified B Corp. For over a decade it has served modern British cooking built on locally sourced, wild and foraged ingredients — much of it from the family farm and vineyard in West Sussex — with a low-waste ethos, a Robata grill and rotisserie giving wild game and vegetables a charcoal edge, a weekday Lunch Set menu and a six-course Local & Wild tasting menu. Mondays are BYOB with no corkage, in partnership with Pull the Cork. The restaurant is available for private hire, with Local & Wild event catering alongside it.
