SILVA is a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant and cocktail bar on Bruton Place in the heart of Mayfair, awarded two AA Rosettes and featured in the Michelin Guide. Founded by Daria Grebenyuk with the intention of building something personal - where the details matter but never at the expense of warmth - and named after the Latin word for forest, it pairs seasonal, ingredient-led cooking with considered, nature-inspired design and a calm, refined atmosphere. Head Chef Charlie Dilworth leads menus that evolve through the day, from lunch and Saturday brunch to more expressive evening dining, alongside a Mediterranean-leaning wine list and a seasonal cocktail bar known for the Fig Martini Violette and the savoury Olivo. Private and semi-private spaces include the skylit Garden Room, the Amber Room with its own bar, and the first and ground floors for larger dinners, corporate events and receptions.
