Smokeworks

Smokeworks is Cambridge's American-style barbecue restaurant, founded in spring 2014 by Max Freeman after trips to London's Patty & Bun and Pitt Cue. Meats are smoked in-house over British kiln-dried oak, the TAP bar stocks 12 beers and 20 bourbons, and the basement Puck & Pong Society adds beer pong and shuffleboard. Named among the Telegraph's top ten UK barbecue restaurants; recruits via its "join the BB'crew" jobs page.
