The Ainsworth Collection

The Ainsworth Collection is Paul and Emma Ainsworth's independent group of restaurants, pubs and hotels in north Cornwall. It began with the Michelin-starred Paul Ainsworth at No6 in Padstow in 2009 and now takes in Caffe Rojano, Padstow Townhouse, Ci Ci's Bar, The Mariners in Rock and The St Enodoc Hotel. Paul is a champion of Cornish suppliers, building direct relationships with the county's meat and fish providers, growers and artisan producers; Emma leads the interiors across the group. The Collection recruits people rather than roles, offers in-house training, and runs the Paul Ainsworth Academy with Truro and Penwith College to bring on the next generation of hospitality professionals.
