The Michelin-starred Georgian townhouse restaurant that began The Ainsworth Collection, open in the side streets of Padstow since February 2009. Paul Ainsworth at No6 showcases exceptional Cornish ingredients cooked with care and precision, with an a la carte of two courses at 85 pounds or three at 105 pounds, and a tasting menu at 195 pounds per person. Dinner Tuesday to Saturday 5pm - 8pm; lunch Wednesday to Saturday 11.45am - 2pm, served from late May to the end of September only; closed Sunday and Monday. Reservation lines open Tuesday to Saturday 10am - 5pm.
