The Cinnamon Collection

The Cinnamon Collection is chef Vivek Singh's group of modern Indian restaurants, celebrating 25 years in 2026. It began with The Cinnamon Club in the Old Westminster Library in 2001, followed by Cinnamon Kitchen in Devonshire Square (2008, with the Anise cocktail bar), Cinnamon Bazaar in Covent Garden (2016), Cinnamon Kitchen Battersea Power Station (2018) and Cinnamon Kitchen Leeds at The Queens Hotel. Each pairs carefully sourced Indian spices and regional flavours with seasonal British ingredients.

Cinnamon Kitchen

Cinnamon Kitchen is Vivek Singh's relaxed, all-day modern Indian restaurant concept, part of The Cinnamon Collection. It opened in 2008 in the former East India Company warehouses at Devonshire Square — the City's first tandoor bar and grill, with the speakeasy-style Anise cocktail bar alongside — followed by Battersea Power Station in 2018 and, most recently, Leeds in the historic Queens Hotel on City Square. Menus pair Indian spices and regional flavours with seasonal ingredients from across the British Isles: chaats, tandoori grills, biryanis and curries, weekend brunches, afternoon tea, tasting menus and private dining.
