The Palmerston

The Palmerston is a restaurant, bakery and coffee room in Edinburgh's West End, working closely with farmers, growers and fishermen - particularly in Scotland - so the menu changes daily in the European style. Whole animals are bought and broken down in the restaurant's own butchery to minimise waste and put lesser-used cuts on the menu, fruit and vegetables come from local farms including Phantassie and The Free Company, and bread and pastries are baked in house daily.
