Green Street

Green Street — "butchers, bakers & sandwich makers" — is The Walcot Group's provenance-led butcher's shop and sandwich counter, opened in Bath in 2023 to supply the group's restaurants and now a community shop in its own right, with hot sandwiches made from meat cooked off the butcher's counter, wholesale supply, and a second site opening at 100 Victoria Street, Bristol. Group perks: 25% discount across the group, 50% off on shift, apprenticeships, wellbeing support and supplier trips abroad.

Little Walcot

Little Walcot is The Walcot Group's all-day restaurant and café-bar in Frome — "here for the good times" — with the group's exceptional British cooking (dry-aged beef, hand-rolled pasta, home-baked bread, sustainable seafood), Sunday roasts, interesting wines and excellent cocktails, and private hire. Group perks: 25% discount across the group, 50% off on shift, apprenticeships, wellbeing support and supplier trips abroad.

Mother & Wild

Mother & Wild is The Walcot Group's neighbourhood café, restaurant and bar in Corsham — pizza, bakery, coffee and wine. Neapolitan-style sourdough pizza from 36-hour-proofed dough cooked at extreme heat, hearty robust food without the pretension, open from breakfast to late. Group perks: 25% discount across the group, 50% off on shift, apprenticeships, wellbeing support and supplier trips abroad.

Solina Pasta

Solina Pasta is The Walcot Group's fresh-pasta restaurant — handmade pasta, fine ingredients and feel-good vibes at great value, walk-in only with a live text queue instead of bookings. The original is on Grand Parade in Bath; a second site at 27 Westgate Street, Cardiff opens summer 2026. Team perks: 25% discount across the group, 50% off on shift, apprenticeships, wellbeing support and supplier trips abroad; pay quoted as base plus tronc.

Walcot House

Walcot House is The Walcot Group's flagship: an all-day restaurant and café-bar on Walcot Street in Bath. Exceptional British cooking — dry-aged beef from the group's own butcher, hand-rolled pasta, home-baked bread and sustainable seafood — with a serious wine cellar and cocktail list, The Dilly Bar, private dining and event spaces, and late weekend opening. Group perks: 25% discount across the group, 50% off on shift, apprenticeships, wellbeing support and supplier trips abroad.
