Solina Pasta's second restaurant, opening summer 2026 on Westgate Street in Cardiff city centre — the same fresh handmade pasta, walk-in-only live-queue format and great-value menu as the Bath original. The opening team is being recruited now through The Walcot Group careers site (chefs, team leaders and duty managers). Planned hours: Monday to Saturday noon–10pm, Sunday noon–9pm.
