Truffle Burger is a London "finer diner" with street-food roots that builds burgers around black truffle: 90-day aged rare-breed British beef from seven prime cuts, melted French raclette, home-made fig jam, black-truffle mayonnaise and hand-made demi-brioche buns, with triple-cooked chips, rotating specials, craft beer and a curated wine list. It runs restaurants in Soho (Bateman Street, the original) and St Christopher's Place, a seasonal Southbank summer residency under Hungerford Bridge with guest-chef pop-ups, plus click-and-collect, office catering and gift cards.
