Truffle Burger Soho: Bateman Street is where it all started — the first bricks-and-mortar Truffle Burger and still the most popular, with menu classics, rotating specials and sides, craft beers and a curated wine list in a cosy room. Black-truffle burgers of 90-day aged rare-breed beef with raclette, fig jam and truffle mayo in hand-made demi-brioche buns, plus triple-cooked chips, to eat in, take away or click-and-collect. Open Monday to Thursday 12pm–10pm, Friday and Saturday 12pm–10.30pm, Sunday 12pm–9pm.
