Vanderlyle

Vanderlyle is a small plant-led tasting-menu restaurant on Mill Road, Cambridge, opened in April 2019 by chef Alex Rushmer (MasterChef finalist, ex-Hole in the Wall) and Lawrence Butler. Michelin Guide-listed, it runs just four services a week by design — sustainability and the wellbeing of hospitality workers are stated core values — and invites speculative applications from experienced hospitality professionals via its Work With Us page.
