Alston Bar & Beef serves Glasgow's best steak under the historic arches of Glasgow Central Station, locally sourced from the Tweed Valley in the Scottish Borders, and is named after the long-forgotten main street of Grahamston village demolished to make way for the station in the 1870s, with a gin-led bar alongside the restaurant.
