Chantelle Nicholson's Michelin Green Star restaurant on Duke Street, Mayfair: conscious cooking, joyful dining and regenerative hospitality. Seasonal British produce from small-scale farms, foraged ingredients and sustainably caught UK fish across an a la carte, meat and plant-based tasting menus and a Culinary Kids menu, with low-intervention and English wines, low-waste seasonal cocktails and plenty of non-alcoholic options. The light-filled dining room hosts private celebrations and corporate events, and the downstairs Chef's Table offers behind-the-scenes tasting menus with the chefs. Wheelchair accessible with a ramp for the small entrance step. Tuesday to Saturday 12pm-2:15pm and 5:30pm-8:30pm (kitchen closes 9pm, 11pm curfew). Closed Sunday and Monday.
