Bulbul is a micro-regional Indian restaurant and cocktail bar on the ground and lower-ground floors of Victoria House, tucked beneath Tudor Street between Fleet Street and Blackfriars: shareable Indian plates drawn from home and street cooking across the regions, Indian-ingredient-forward cocktails at a cave-inspired bar, working lunches, dinners and group bookings.
