The London home of Costas Spiliadis's Greek seafood restaurant, opened in 2015 behind the huge wooden doors of the former British Columbia House on Regent Street, a short walk from Piccadilly Circus. Marble, light wood and Grecian urns inside a circa-1915 building, with a signature fish market at the centre where Mediterranean seafood and Bay of Biscay catches are chosen and priced by weight.
