FIKA Beach is a FIKA Sussex brunch café — "filthy fried eggs and damn good coffee": fried-egg sandwiches on grilled farmhouse bread, brunch burgers in seeded brioche, grilled cheese, overnight oats and granola bowls, smoothies and iced drinks, with vegan and gluten-free swaps on almost everything. Beachside at the Sea Lanes outdoor swimming complex on Madeira Drive, serving swimmers and seafront walkers from early. Open daily 7am–5pm.
