Géa Chelsea is a modern Greek and Mediterranean restaurant on Park Walk, a family-run kitchen bringing the flavours of the Mediterranean to southwest London. It previously traded as Gaia Chelsea. The chefs work with high-quality ingredients sourced from specially selected fishermen and farmers the restaurant has long-standing relationships with, alongside homemade olive oil and bread. The cooking is described as simple yet refined - the harmonious marriage of sea, earth and mountain - with dishes built to elevate the natural flavours of the ingredients rather than complicate them. The dining room is sleek and airy, using walnut wood, beige hues reminiscent of sand and wavy walls evoking the sea. Lunch: Monday to Sunday 10:30-15:00. Dinner: Monday to Sunday 17:30-23:00.
