Impala Soho is Super 8's newest restaurant on Dean Street, opened 2026: produce-led cooking, a kitchen counter for walk-ins and private dining for 8–14. Lunch 12–2.30pm and dinner 5–10.30pm; Sundays from 30 August 2026. Part of Super 8 Restaurants: an independent group hiring chefs, waiters and managers at all levels via careers.super8.rest, with tronc on top of base pay and a culture built around producers, wine and butchery.
